Park Found Poem

Hole in my Heart

HOLE IN MY HEART

There’s a hole in my heart.

Not sure what happened,

Don’t know who put it there,

There’s a hole in my heart.

Think you shaped it there,

No more space to grow,

Beyond the years,

Eyes grew to tears,

There’s a hole in my heart.

Left me un-whole,

Can’t get it back,

There’s a hole in my heart.

It’s bleeding,

The intensity increases,

It’s hurting me,

There’s a hole in my heart.

Hole in my Heart,
Hole in my Heart,

H-O-L-E I-N M-Y H-E-A-R-T.

Listen…

Pathologic
Murmur.
